How we handle your information

This is the whole policy. It covers one thing: the audit request form on this site.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Business name, website, and type of business, if you choose to fill them in
- Anything you write in the notes field
Nothing else. This site has no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies. It loads no third-party scripts at all.
Why we collect it
To get in touch with you about the audit you asked for, and to run the call. That's it.
How we'll contact you
A person — Andrew — will call or email you. Your phone number is used for a normal human follow-up call. We don't send automated texts, and this form does not sign you up for any marketing list.
Who sees it
Andrew Beveridge. Nobody else has access.
We don't sell your information, rent it, or share it for advertising.
Where it's stored
Your submission is stored in a private database (Supabase) and sent to us by email through Google Workspace. This website is hosted by Netlify. Those providers process the data on our behalf in order to deliver the service, and for no other purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep your request while we're in touch about it, and afterwards as an ordinary business record. If you'd rather we didn't, say so and we'll delete it — see below.
Asking us to delete your information
Email info@anotherrealmconsulting.com or call (614) 745-5321 and ask. We'll remove it and confirm when it's done. You don't need to give a reason.
You can also ask us what we hold about you, and we'll tell you.
Children
This is a business-to-business service. It isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it.
